The Foundation for the Marketplace of Ideas, Inc., is a 501(c)(3) non-profit educational corporation which exists “to educate the public about the freedoms guaranteed by the United States Constitution and people who and organizations which strive to usurp said freedoms.”

Since being founded on March 23, 2016, FMI has aggressively established itself as the sword and shield of the Alt-Right.  This has not been lost on the enemies of Western civilization; the leftist Southern Poverty Law Center decreed on its website that FMI “is growing quickly” and is “poised to become, in effect, the legal arm of the Alt-Right.  Despite its anodyne name, the Foundation for the Marketplace of Ideas is preparing to go to war.”

To continue growing and to fight for the constitutional rights of Alt-Right activists, financial contributions would be greatly appreciated.  With sufficient capital, FMI will be able to advance the cause of our people by educating the public about current events of concern by way of its website, hosting member-only and public events, and by participating in the courts of public opinion and law.  In effect, FMI needs funding to become what the American Civil Liberties Union, National Lawyers Guild, Southern Poverty Law Center, and Anti-Defamation League are to the left.

Accomplishments of FMI so far with the little resources it has had at its disposal include:

Developing a network of aggressive and intelligent attorneys who are able to assist Alt-Right activists with legal problems.  Currently, FMI-affiliated lawyers are licensed to practice law in seventeen different jurisdictions, and they have offered pro bono legal assistance to Alt-Right activists numerous times already.

Assisting Attorney Sam Dickson with legal research to successfully sue Auburn University to procure an 11th-hour injunction—and a $29,000 settlement—concerning Richard Spencer’s ability to speak there.

Co-sponsoring with the National Policy Institute and Identity Evropa an amazing weekend-long conference in July of 2016.  Over sixty attendees toured the ruins of Detroit, met during one evening for informative speeches at a scenic location—with an open bar and catered hors d'oeuvres—, explored the Detroit Institute of Arts, met for brunch in a swank suburb bistro, and enjoyed a dinner at a private room of a traditional Polish restaurant in a Polish enclave of Southeast Michigan.  A similarly spectacular conference is currently being planned for the summer of 2017.

Hosting an event that was attended by approximately fifty people in Lansing, Michigan, at which James Edwards of The Political Cesspool lectured about the Alt-Right movement.

Hosting an event that was attended by approximately fifty people in Lansing, Michigan, at which Dr. James Sanchez lectured about the Deep State and how it will react to the rise of the Alt-Right.

Being interviewed by news outlets about the First Amendment rights of Alt-Right activists.  FMI’s executive director, Attorney Kyle Bristow, has even been interviewed by the media as a counterbalance to SPLC’s Heidi Beirich.

Launching an informative website,, where Alt-Right activists can peruse resources which explain their constitutional rights and read articles about how to avoid being doxed, what to do when one is doxedhow to deal with the media, and how to distribute posters without getting in trouble.

Filing numerous Freedom of Information Act requests with governmental agencies akin to how Judicial Watch files such requests to promote transparency to combat corruption.
