Detroit, Mich. -- The Foundation for the Marketplace of Ideas, Inc., is hosting a private function near Lansing, Michigan, for its supporters on Saturday, October 15, 2016, at which radio talk show host James Edwards of The Political Cesspool will deliver a speech entitled "Alt-Right Rising."  People who are interested in being invited to attend should contact FMI Executive Director Kyle Bristow for more information.

Edwards will deliver his speech from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., and he will answer questions from the audience for an hour thereafter.  Afterwards, Edwards and attendees will go out to lunch at a nearby restaurant.  There is no cost to attend the event, and attendees from out-of-state will be encouraged to stay at the hotel Edwards will utilize so that other networking events can occur Friday evening and Saturday afternoon.

"Our July 2016 Detroit Alt-Right conference was a massive success," FMI Executive Director Kyle Bristow said.  "Over seventy activists from other countries and many states attended it to hear National Policy Institute's Richard Spencer, Identity Evropa's Nathan Damigo, and me speak, and they demanded more events of the sort from FMI.  We are excited to host James Edwards and to hear his thoughts of the Alt-Right phenomenon."

So that social justice warriors--the archenemy of FMI--do not disrupt the event, the location will not be disclosed, and attendees will be carefully vetted prior to being provided the information.
