Clinton Twp., Mich. -- The Foundation for the Marketplace of Ideas, Inc., a nonprofit corporation based in Michigan, was founded on March 23, 2016, by five lawyers licensed to practice law in nine different jurisdictions, one law student, and two journalists who are committed to the organization's mission:  to educate the public about the freedoms guaranteed by the United States Constitution and people who and organizations which strive to usurp said freedoms.

"FMI will realize its goals by educating the public of current events of concern by way of its website, hosting members-only and public events, and by participating in the courts of public opinion and law," Attorney Kyle Bristow said.  "We are eager to advance true freedom in the current political climate."

Constitutional rights of interest to FMI include but are not limited to:

  • The right to freedom of speech;
  • The right to freedom of religion;
  • The right to freedom of association;
  • The right to keep and bear arms;
  • The right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures;
  • The right to own property; and
  • The right to equality before the law.

With a newly-launched website and Facebook page, a committed board of directors and staff comprised of professionals throughout the United States, and supporters eager to assist the organization grow, great things are on the horizon for FMI.

FMI's website, accessible at www.FreedomFront.org, provides links to resources of interest to people whose constitutional rights are threatened by so-called social justice warriorswhose despotic and un-American activities will assuredly be an easy target of the organization.  A number of well-known scholars, journalists, and activists have volunteered to submit original content for the organization's website, which will be updated regularly.

Based on the successful business models of the Southern Poverty Law Center and Anti-Defamation League, the Foundation for the Marketplace of Ideas, Inc., aspires to serve as the patriotic alternative to organizations which demand the imposition upon our people of the orthodoxy of political correctness at the cost of our dignity, fundamental rights, and American heritage.
